We consult, design, and develop custom training programs and materials for companies, teams, and entrepreneurs. Programs range from one day/half day workshops, to 4-week programs, to comprehensive sales systems and are set up to address a variety of business challenges.
As a group we were not comfortable presenting what we do or sharing our unique services with people we meet in various situations. We wanted to help everyone on our team be more comfortable in speaking about the business whether they are in a sales generation role or not. We chose to work with you because you didn’t offer a pre-packaged “system” or “program”. You listened to what our issues were and what we were trying to achieve and put together something that addressed those specific needs. And you clearly knew your stuff by the way you presented yourself and your experience.
The custom sales training program was “excellent”. Through your effective personalized planning, specialized program, and training sessions we gained an understanding that we don’t need to “sell” to someone, we just need to share what we do and “invite” them to take advantage of our services.
The team felt more confident, but not like a salesperson. They just feel more comfortable sharing what we do with people, and approaching people to talk about what we might be able to do for them. By encouraging us to just get out there and do it—there have been several instances lately where I’ve directly asked for what I or we want, and got it. Before I just never asked, people probably would have said yes then too!
Our staff gained confidence, got a better understanding of themselves, and got into action. As a result we have also set up a system/process to help us develop relationships which will build our business. I recommend your customer training especially for Entrepreneurs who don’t have a sales background, especially because selling what they do is often the hardest thing to learn. This program is also valuable for small teams who want to give everyone, regardless of role, the confidence to speak about the business (like our group), because you didn’t make it necessarily only about selling.
