Barb, CEO and President of My Sales Tactics
Barb Girson, built her first business from humble beginnings to one of the top multi-million dollar Tupperware franchises in North America. Now as a professional Business Strategist, Trainer, and Registered Corporate Coach™ of My Sales Tactics, Barb helps her clients succeed by leveraging her extensive business experience, and drawing from the talented team she has assembled. Barb uses her creative energy and expertise to help companies, teams, and entrepreneurs realize their goals.
Featured in USA Today, and appearing on CBS This Morning and Fox 28 News, Barb is a sought after authority on sales, direct selling, email marketing, and entrepreneurship. When Barb is not working, she is heavily invested in her family, enjoying time spent with her daughters and husband. Barb loves to dance, watch movies, shop, travel, and have a good laugh with friends.
Kim, Associate Business Consultant
Kim has more than fifteen years of direct sales/selling experience. Kim excels in direct sales marketing, sales development and recruitment. Kim owned and operated her own home party company for nine years. Her company has been featured on The View, Better Connecticut, and in Women’s World Magazine, recognized for the uniqueness of her business model.
Kim is an English teacher in Connecticut and a Consultant on the My Sales Tactics, LLC team. Glad to have you with us, Kim!
Rayna, Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, Rayna’s goal is to further develop the My Sales Tactics brand. She is focused on sales/support services. She responds to leads, and researches new opportunities for My Sales Tactics. Rayna also identifies potential coaches and relevant service providers to bring on board. Rayna handles the My Sales Tactics phone lines, creates training tutorials for future employees, and conducts market research.
Rayna is very excited to turn this position into a dream career, which may include a health and wellness component in the future. Great work, Rayna, and welcome to the team!
Robyn, Director of Communications
Robyn has been working alongside the development of My Sales Tactics since 2008. She earned the role of Director of Communications, which expanded her responsibilities from editorial staff to proposal generation and analysis.
Robyn runs much of the behind the scenes copy-writing, as well as ties together our sales approach to that of her current educational curriculum; positive psychology and counseling. Keep up the great work, Robyn.
