After a decade of working as a senior sales management executive in the corporate arena, Barb Girson, missed the rewards of being an entrepreneur.  Drawing from her extensive history in multi-level coaching and training, she realized that the most gratifying part of her career journey was taking others to the top and helping others grow.  With over 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry, as an International Trainer, coach, leader, and author, Barb finally organized the components of her successes and My Sales Tactics was born!
