Barb Girson is a Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC), an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified professional coach, (ACC) and is the president of ICF—Columbus Charter Chapter.  She is also certified in Conversational Intelligence®, which combines neurochemistry with coaching.

Girson has provided contract-coaching, and/or training services to company owners, senior executives, and professionals across numerous service-oriented industries including highly technical environments (accounting, engineering, law etc.), Fortune 50 and 100 Insurance Industry, Public Services, and Private Membership Organization clients.

Girson uses skills that she mastered while building her first company, a multi-million dollar Tupperware business, as well as serving as a corporate National Sales Director— responsible for up to $40 million in revenue and 20,000 consultants in North America.

Girson, an interactive, creative speaker and author, has been featured in USA Today, has appeared on CBS This Morning, Fox 28 News/Columbus, 880AM Radio; and has been quoted in numerous other national/regional/local publications.

Barb Girson is a sought-after authority speaking on categories such as: leadership, Conversational Intelligence, DiSC behavioral styles, team building, change management, women in business, sales, strategic networking, entrepreneurs, and direct sales at workshops, leader retreats, and conventions.

She was awarded the 2016 Member  of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners, Columbus chapter, a distinction voted by the membership. While serving as Vice President of Membership she was recognized for the instrumental role she played along with her committee, to achieve triple digit growth– resulting in the chapter earning the number one spot in the nation.

Barb also volunteers periodically as a mentor and is an active member of Women for Economic Leadership Development (WELD).

Girson has been a featured speaker and delivered dynamic presentations to organizations such as: Battelle, Huntington National Bank, Fifth Third Bank, American Electric Power Co., BakerHostetler Law Firm, Ohio Wesleyan University, Ashland Business College, Women Educating Women Conference, Midwest Veterinary Conference, eWomenNetwork, WELD Leadership Conference, College of Business and Economics Ashland University, The Ohio State University Fisher Business College—American Marketing Association, and the Direct Sales Association Annual National Meeting.

She enjoys traveling and works locally, nationally and internationally. Recently she had projects in Australia and Southeast Asia. She has expanded her international connections by attending the ICF Global conference in Warsaw, Poland.  She will also be attending this conference in 2018 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
